Business coaching that treats your company like an operating system — not a motivational project.

We work inside your actual decisions, your actual numbers, your actual team dynamics. No generic frameworks. No recycled slides. Coaching built from the ground up around what your business needs this quarter.

Coaching Routes — Choose Your Entry Point

Not every business needs the same thing. Select the route that matches where you are right now.

Route A: Founder Unlocking For solo founders or owner-operators who are trapped in their own business. We map every decision you currently make, identify what can be delegated, systematised, or eliminated, and build the structure so you can lead instead of manage.

Typical duration: 3–5 months
Route B: Revenue Architecture For businesses earning between £200k–£2m that have hit a ceiling. We audit your pricing, client acquisition, retention economics, and margin structure. Then we rebuild the revenue engine with you — not for you.

Typical duration: 4–7 months
Route C: Leadership Cohesion For teams of 2–6 leaders who are pulling in different directions. We facilitate structured alignment sessions, build shared decision protocols, and resolve the interpersonal friction that's costing you momentum.

Typical duration: 2–4 months
Route D: Transition Coaching For businesses approaching a major change — acquisition, succession, market pivot, or scaling. We provide intensive coaching through the transition window so decisions are made clearly, not reactively.

Typical duration: 3–6 months

Readiness Diagnostic — Is Coaching Right for You Now?

Not every business is ready for coaching. Answer honestly:

Signal: You're ready
You have a specific problem you can articulate clearly. You're willing to change how you operate, not just how you think. You can commit 2–3 hours per week to the process.
Signal: Not yet
You want someone to tell you what to do. You're looking for motivation rather than operational change. You can't protect time for the engagement right now.

If you're in the "ready" column, start a conversation below. If you're unsure, that's fine — email us at [email protected] and we'll help you figure it out.

How We Actually Work — The Operating Method

Business coaching strategy session with whiteboard and planning documents

Phase 1: Deep Audit (Weeks 1–2)

We don't start with goals. We start with reality. Two intensive sessions where we map your current operations, finances, team structure, decision patterns, and bottlenecks. You'll receive a written diagnostic document — not a glossy report, but a working document you'll actually use.

Phase 2: Architecture (Weeks 3–5)

Based on the audit, we co-design the changes. This isn't a plan we hand you — it's a set of decisions we make together about what to change, what to stop, and what to build. Every change has a timeline, an owner, and a measurable indicator.

Phase 3: Execution Coaching (Weeks 6–ongoing)

Fortnightly sessions focused entirely on execution. What happened since last time? What's stuck? What needs adjusting? We hold you accountable not to a plan, but to the outcomes you committed to. Sessions are 75 minutes. No filler.

"The audit alone was worth the entire engagement fee. I'd been running on assumptions for years — seeing it mapped out changed everything." — Fiona Galbraith, Galbraith & Co.

Comparison: Coaching vs. Consulting vs. Mentoring

People confuse these constantly. Here's how we distinguish them — and why we chose coaching.

Dimension Traditional Consulting Mentoring Business Coaching (Our Model)
Who does the work? The consultant delivers a solution The mentor shares experience You do the work; we structure, challenge, and hold accountable
Decision ownership Often shifts to consultant Stays with mentee but loosely Always stays with you — we never decide for you
Duration Project-based (weeks) Open-ended, informal Structured engagement with clear phases and exit
Cost model High day rates, scope creep Often free or informal Fixed monthly fee, no surprises
Accountability Low after handoff Variable Built into every session — we track commitments

What We Don't Do

Transparency matters more than a polished pitch. Here's what falls outside our scope:

We don't write your business plan.
We'll help you think through it, challenge your assumptions, and pressure-test your numbers. But the plan is yours to write.
We don't do therapy or life coaching.
If personal issues are affecting your business, we'll name it — but we'll refer you to someone qualified rather than pretend we can handle it.
We don't guarantee results.
We guarantee rigour, structure, and honest feedback. Results depend on what you actually do between sessions.
We don't work with more than six clients at once.
Capacity is limited deliberately. If we're full, we'll tell you and offer a waiting list rather than dilute the work.

Frequently Raised Concerns

Engagements are priced on a fixed monthly basis, agreed before we start. Most clients invest between £800 and £1,600 per month depending on session frequency and scope. There are no hidden fees, no hourly billing surprises, and no long-term lock-in. You can end the engagement at the close of any month with 14 days' notice.
That's normal. Most clients don't arrive with a neat label for their situation. Send us a short message via the inquiry form or email [email protected]. We'll have a 20-minute exploratory call — no charge, no obligation — and figure out together whether coaching is the right move and which route fits.
Yes. The majority of our engagements run entirely over video. The audit phase benefits from at least one in-person session if geography allows, but it's not required. We've coached clients across Scotland, England, and internationally without any loss of rigour.
